DESCRIPTION:Are you a parent in cancer treatment or do you have a child in cancer treatment? \nApply to be a recipient of our Secret Santa Program. This incredible program supports families undergoing cancer treatment by purchasing gift list items from your children’s Christmas List. Our generous donors will purchase items as a way to help make this stressful season a little easier and allow you to focus on your healing. \nMore details will be provided once you are confirmed. We hope this program enables you to focus on your healing this holiday season while the Secret Santas take care of your holiday shopping. We are grateful to the community and all those individuals who sponsor our families each year. \nIf you would like to be considered for this program please fill out the attached google form by October 18th: \nSecret Santa Family Application Form \n*Please note current CTC families will receive priority access to this program.
